Please note that these delivery timelines are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen logistical issues.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you submit your order.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date the order was placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Tracking Your Order

5. International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to estimate or cover these costs and they are not included in the shipping charges.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
